REGULATIONS FEMINA BELGIAN OPEN 2013
1. Billiard club DE PLOEG, affiliated to the Royal Belgian Billiards Federation (KBBB), organises on May 3, 4 and 5 the FEMINA BELGIAN OPEN, an international three-cushion billiards tournament for women.
2. The organisation invites 20 players to take part.
3. The games are played on four VERHOEVEN billiards table (2,84×1,42m), with ARAMITH PROCUP balls and SIMONIS 300 RAPIDE cloths.
4. Played points
Preliminary round: 20 points (equal innings-maximum 50 innings)
¼ and ½ finals: 25 points (with possible penalties-maximum 50 innings)
final: 30 points (with possible penalties)
5. Prize money and allowances
Total 5400 €
a. 3400 € Prize money
1^st 1000 €   2^nd 500 €   3^rd and 4^th 250 €    from 5^th to 8^th 200 €   from 9^th to 20^th 50 €
b. 2000 € Allowances
20×100 €
6. Game system
– four pools of four (A,B,C,D), composed according to the CEB ranking and taking account of the nationality:
 A 1-8-9-16-17/ B 2-7-10-15-18 / C 3-6-11-14-19 / D 4-5-12-13-20
-quarter finals A1-D2, A2-D1, B1-C2, C1-B2;
-semi-finals between the winners of the quarter finals: A-D, B-C;
-final between the winners of the semi-finals.
7. The matches will be directed by referees belonging to the organizing club and BC Arena.
8. Tournament director is Mr François De Coninck, sports director of the KBBB-Antwerp.
9. All players are required to be present at BC De Ploeg on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 4:00 PM
10. CEB and KBBB regulations will be fully applied.
